Got PotC3 yesterday, and now I have "Hoist the Colors" playing in my head.  I've been a pirate geek for many, MANY years now-- like, let's see, 24?-- and it's amazing, surreal, a bit creepy, and ultimately pretty cool to see how hip pirates have become.  Again. :)  And watching it again last night, I was again so emotionally struck by the scene at ( Read more... )

Finished the Deathly Hallows-- a day later than I might have otherwise without an event to run, but being the gripping read it is, it still only took about three sittings (gotta eat and sleep sometime ).
